Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cstrel.com (the "Service"), operated by test (company number test), trading as Cstrel. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2) Description of Service

Cstrel is an online marketplace that lets users browse and purchase virtual in-game items ("Skins") for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2). Skins are delivered to the buyer's Steam account via the Steam trade system after a successful payment.

Item-specific rules (supported wear, StatTrak/Souvenir variants, available stickers, delivery time, etc.) are shown on the relevant skin page and form part of these Terms.

3) Account Registration

To use the Service you must sign in with a valid Steam account and complete onboarding by providing a working Steam Trade URL. You are responsible for keeping your Steam credentials secure and your trade URL up to date.

4) Pricing and Billing

4.1 Price Display. Prices are set in euros (€). You may switch the site to another supported currency using the currency selector, in which case prices are shown and charged in that currency at the conversion rate displayed at checkout. The rate applied to an order is fixed at the moment you place it and is stated on your order confirmation. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location and the payment provider's rules; where required, VAT will be added at checkout.

4.2 Charges. When you confirm an order, your selected payment method is charged immediately. Skins are reserved for the buyer once payment is captured.

4.3 Payments. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Orders placed in euros are paid by payment card; orders placed in Polish złoty are paid via BLIK. Your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees or apply their own exchange rates if your account is held in a different currency.

4.4 No Subscription. Cstrel is a pay-as-you-go marketplace. There are no recurring subscriptions - every purchase is a one-time order.

5) Refund Policy

• Skins that have been successfully delivered to your Steam account are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
• Refunds may be considered in cases of verified non-delivery, duplicate billing, or a confirmed technical failure that prevented the trade from completing.
• If you believe you were charged for an order that was never delivered, contact support and include your account email, the order ID and the approximate time of the charge.

6) Steam Trade & Skin Delivery

Delivery of Skins happens through the Steam trade system. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your Steam Trade URL valid and accepting incoming trades within the time window shown at checkout.
• Having your Steam account in a state that can receive trades (no active trade ban, no Steam Guard hold beyond the normal 7‑day window).
• Having free inventory slots to accept the Skins.

If a trade fails because of a condition on your side, we may either retry delivery or refund the order at our discretion.

7) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Use stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or access controls.
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities or otherwise interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service for money laundering, malware, phishing, fraud, or deception.

We may block orders, suspend, or terminate accounts for prohibited use.

8) Anti-Fraud and Risk Monitoring

We actively monitor transactions and platform activity for fraud, abuse, or suspicious behavior. We may:

• Suspend accounts.
• Delay or refuse transactions.
• Cancel orders prior to delivery.
• Request identity or payment-method verification.

Where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, access to the Service may be revoked without liability.

9) User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activity under it.
• You must keep your contact details and Steam Trade URL accurate and up to date.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it is compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time.

10) Intellectual Property

The Service (including software, UI, branding, and documentation) is owned by Cstrel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. CS2, Counter-Strike, Steam and related marks are property of Valve Corporation; Cstrel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve.

11) Third-Party Services

Cstrel relies on third-party providers for:

• Steam authentication and trading.
• Payment processing.
• Hosting and infrastructure.

We may change providers at any time without notice. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore service.

12) Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features, suspend access, perform maintenance, and update systems without prior notice.

13) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSTREL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• CSTREL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
• CSTREL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) €100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CSTREL IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., certain consumer rights, fraud, or willful misconduct). Your use is at your own risk.

15) Indemnity

If you use the Service for business or professional purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold Cstrel harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

16) Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access:

• For violations of these Terms.
• If fraud is suspected.
• To comply with law.
• To protect the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

17) Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Payment details are handled by our payment providers; we receive only the information needed to confirm payment and fulfill the order.

18) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.

19) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
